In this case there is no alternative to the A22. The EN125 (only one) is not ready to receive so many people, mostly Portuguese, who have to go working far from their residence.
In Switzerland you pay a yearly fee, which is easier and economical (as no material has to be installed) no policeman to protect the material which is been destroyed by angry people...
