Live concerts, exhibitions, theatre, jazz and dance performances are all on the agenda.
Culture councillor António Pina said: “This year, someone decided that we shouldn’t have Allgarve and the tourism-culture element is missing.
“Our budget (€50,000) is enough to enable us to provide a quality programme.”
