Dr Raymond Parfait, originally from Belgium but now living in the Algarve, is donating 20% of the proceeds to the Almancil Rotary Club to help with their charitable projects involving children.
He trained in oil painting and ceramics but he found working with oils too heavy for the light of the Algarve coast and swapped it for a lighter water colour technique.
An opening night will take place on Sunday at 5pm.
