Updated: 15-Jun-2012

The vast majority of the Portuguese (81%) agrees that immigrants should have the same rights as national citizens, a significantly higher figure compared to the European average (68%), according to a Eurobarometer released last week. The study was released as part of an annual report on free movement of persons, asylum and immigration in 2011.
