Algarveans group presents award to best drama students

2012 presented more of a challenge as two students were found to be so equally talented that it was decided to award both of them with the coveted award with their name also placed on the main statue on permanent display at the International School of the Algarve in Porches, Lagoa.
On June 29, chairman of the theatre group, Lloyd Delderfield, along with fellow founder member Jenny Grainer, presented the engraved plaques to Nicole Woodhams and Sam van Roigen in recognition of their “excellent work” in drama (pictured).
Both are hoping to continue with their studies at a more advanced level.
