Established restaurant the Pig and Whistle in Almancil has re-opened this year with new owners, brothers Jonathan and Mike Hinch.
Mike Hinch said: “We have retained the chef and the staff to ensure continuity in its quality of food and front of house service.”
However, there has been the addition of a new assistant chef to the kitchen.
The outside garden area has also been renovated for the re-launch to mirror the restaurant’s inside atmosphere.
The Pig and Whistle serves international cuisine with a menu that offers healthy options, homemade desserts and the introduction of the chef’s top wine recommendations.
