| If you are unhappy with any of the goods or services you have purchased from Fleet Street Publicidade e Publicações Unipessoal Lda or MMS Publishing Lda, you can return the product(s) to our offices at Rua Visconde de Lagoa, Nº 2 e 3, 8400-329 Lagoa for a full refund or exchange subject to the item being in unused condition and no longer than 30 days from the date of purchase. The client shall be responsible for the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. Fleet Street Publicidade e Publicações Unipessoal Lda and MMS Publishing Lda, recommend that you use REGISTERED POST or recorded delivery when returning goods and will not accept responsibility if items are not received. Fleet Street Publicidade e Publicações Unipessoal Lda and MMS Publishing Lda, shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or defective goods but if replacement is not possible, or if a classified advertising order is cancelled prior to publication date and with 2 days notice by email or fax, Fleet Street Publicidade e Publicações Unipessoal Lda and MMS Publishing Lda's only obligation is to refund the full amount paid by you to the credit card used to pay for the service or product. Classified advertising submissions will ONLY be refunded under the following conditions:- 1. If an advertisement has NOT been placed on the due date by fault of Fleet Street Publicidade e Publicações Unipessoal Lda or MMS Publishing Lda. 2. If an advertisement has been placed in an incorrect section by fault of Fleet Street Publicidade e Publicações Unipessoal Lda or MMS Publishing Lda. 3. If a charge has been incorrectly made by Fleet Street Publicidade e Publicações Unipessoal Lda or MMS Publishing Lda. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the content of all submissions are correct prior to completing the sale. Spelling or grammatical errors may be changed at the discretion of Fleet Street Publicidade e Publicações Unipessoal Lda or MMS Publishing Lda and without prior notice to the client, but Fleet Street Publicidade e Publicações Unipessoal Lda and MMS Publishing Lda remain free from responsibility if an advert appears with errors as submitted by the client. Any charges or exchange rate differences made as a result of a cancellation refund will remain the responsibility of the client and NOT that of Fleet Street Publicidade e Publicações Unipessoal Lda or MMS Publishing Lda.
