Robots at home
Updated: 14-Jun-2007

ROBOTS IN Portugal have a home. The first Robotarium in the world was presented this week (June 12) in Alverca, a village near Lisbon.

The Robotarium, situated in the central garden of the city (Jardim Central do Bom Sucesso), is like a small zoo of artificial intelligence of plants and animals.

Project designer Leonel Moura is preparing a book, to be released in September, explaining the history behind the project.
