Seafood festival in Olhão

The festival, which is open every day from 7.30pm to 1.30am, is an initiative of the Municipality of Olhão, organised by entertainment company Fesnima.
It is considered by many to be one of the biggest seafood gastronomy events in the Algarve.
The best of shellfish and seafood will be cooked in all sorts of ways to bring the best quality and variety of dishes to visitors.
There will also be regional crafts, sweets and music for the visitors.
Each day sees a headline music act, with international highlights being Platinum ABBA on August 10 and Europe on the last day of the event, August 15.
Tickets cost eight Euros for adults and three Euros for children aged seven to 12. Admission is free for children up to the age of six.
